GTECH Strategies

Growth Through Energy and Community Health (GTECH) is a nonprofit organization located Pittsburgh’s East End that cultivates the unrealized potential of people and places to improve the economic, social, and environmental health of our communities. Their programs involved reclaiming vacant land, recycling cooking oil, and reducing energy consumption in our homes. GTECH has been recognized on a regional and national level for their work in underserved communities, but their website was underwhelming. GTECH’s programs and mission were unclear and complicated and much of the information on their programs were housed on other sites. We condensed all information

into one site and more clearly defined their programming. We also added visuals such as infographics, icons, project galleries and other photographs to make GTECH’s passion for their work clear, while also having a clear message. The outcome is a stunning, responsive site that makes it easy for volunteers, organizations, and activists to get involved with GTECH programs. The easy navigation and simplification of the website’s content means that people can spend less time on the website and more time making Pittsburgh a greener place.

Imagebox designed us a beautiful, easy to use Wordpress website that was in our nonprofit's budget. Most importantly, they are very responsive as they continue to support our digital and branding needs as our organization grows and shifts priorities. You can tell they are interested in building long-term relationships with clients, not just nailing down a single project.
