Last year, we wrote an article on the importance of calls to action (CTAs) and how they can help you drive your customers to do what you want them to do. But we thought you could use a little bit more help.

Believe it or not, people want instructions. They save them time and don’t leave them wandering your website looking for answers or ways to contact you. And having educated customers and clients helps you in the long run – because they can have a better idea of whether or not they are a good fit for your business.
